hey there

just got back from my students' presentation at the school board. i was just informed on monday that we'd be presenting, and the students had about 2 hours to pare their 40 minute shpeel into 10 minutes...but they did it, and they did it well!

things have mellowed in my world, and i'm relaxing a bit before heading out to pt. reyes for the weekend for some good wedding fun. tryin' to kick some parasites out of my belly before then...utilizing an abuelita's recipe y pastillos.

here are some pics of the kids in front of the old folks. i think this was the moment in the evening where they clarified that their plan did, in fact, include plenty of bicycle parking.
