pinecrest

hey all,

it's been a while, and much has happened since the last posting. the new year seems to be a time for change on many fronts. new babies in this world, friends, lovers changing styles and relationships.

this weekend, i was lucky to visit pinecrest california with ten friends, known to me through my lovely roommate and her loveliest partner cooper. we had such a nice time, snowshoeing in the woods, hiking in a drained lake, cooking, eating, telling stories, being quiet...all of it was really fantastic and good for the system.

coming back to life in oakland, i am looking forward to this last semester of school at berkeley. going to take in as much as i can, and leave some room for taking it easy. i think that's what it's all about in the 08. fun, food, and fiascos.
