hi all,

this is a pic of the building where i go to school - wurster hall at uc berkeley. it's funny that the planning / architecture building is known as one of the most poorly designed structures at cal...the balloons atop make it look sort of beautiful though.

tonight, i'm home working on the bay area young planners network chapter notes and contact list. it's only sort of a really a great friday nite activity...but this is the only time that i've got to work on such "extracurricular" excitement. we had our second chapter meeting yesterday, and the kids want to a) be the MCs next month and b) spend our meeting writing grant proposals for their trip to new york in april. they are the best.

although these meetings feel like something i've never done before, it's exciting that the young planners are starting to take ownership of the space. if you'd like to know more, i'll tell ya. just give me a ring.

i'm having a big ole party tomorrow nite, so there will surely be more fun and exciting pics on sunday or monday for you to see!
